Our Theory of Change (2017) shows how we work towards our vision, within supply chains and at a sector level. The outputs reflect the processes, goods and services that result from UTZ interventions. The outcomes represent the desired changes in practices, knowledge, policies, etc. among five groups of people and institutions: farmers & farm workers, farmer groups, supply chain actors, sector level and consumers.
