As described in the Agreement, these License Terms and Conditions and the additional documents together comprising the Binding Documents are binding upon all participating companies, farms and farm groups in their dealings with RA. These Binding Documents cover the various elements of working with RA, including registration, audits and certification, traceability, labeling and selling product as certified.

The UEBT/UTZ Herbal Tea Field Checklist is based on the UEBT Ethical BioTrade Standard, complemented by an UTZ Supplement.
It is a list of all of the control points and questions that apply to the Supply Chains that are covered under the UEBT/UTZ Herbal Tea Certification Program of the UEBT Member.
The checklist should be used by UEBT/UTZ Certificate Holders for their monitoring visits to the suppliers producing the certified ingredient(s).
It should also be used by external auditors when conducting on-site spot checks, as part of the audit for UEBT/UTZ Herbal Tea Certification.
